read.
2. Blogging Platforms:
Blogging Platforms are those websites who provide support to make blogs.
There are various platforms but mainly Google blogger and World Press are
leaders in terms of Quality, Support and Simplicity. However you can search
other options too like Tumblr, Joomla, Typepad, Weebly, Squarespace to see
which platform suits you better.
3. Theme of Blog or
your ‘Niche’: Theme of blog or the subject of your blog decides your Blog
journey .How much you are interested in your subject, how much you know or
eager to know gives fuel to your Blogs and Posts. If you are in dilemma in choosing
your theme then I would suggest you first write some posts about your favorite
topics, eventually you will know which topic can become your Mojo.
4. Template of Blog; Template
of Blog depends upon your theme. Mainly there are two types of templates i.e.; Static and Dynamic. Suppose you are writing a Daily diary where you explain events of a day like a short or long
story, a Simple Static Theme is good
for you. If you are writing a Travel Blog where you have to show many
photographs then use a theme which supports to show photos in a desired manner
on your post, in this case Dynamic Theme
would be more suitable for you. There are many free and paid themes available at
popular blogging platform blogger and world press.
5. Update, Read, and
Write: Many Bloggers do a common mistake to write posts and forget about
them. My suggestion is, you should take a little time to go through your old
posts, just give it a glance. Do you notice some similar mistakes which you are
doing again and again? Or is there any common pattern in your all Posts which
is making them less interesting to read. If yes then update those points. By doing
this you will get to know some improvements to add in your future blogs. Beside
this blogging is all about reading and writing. Reading provides food for
thoughts and writing posts will make your blog more expressive and to the
point.
